Dr. Sona Ram Jaat has over seven years of experience working in the field of the Emergency Medicine.

Dr. Sona Ram Jaat graduated from Assam Medical College, Dibrugarh in India. After completing graduation, he worked as a General Practitioner in Medicine department of Lady Hardinge Medical College (LHMC), New Delhi, India.

He completed his 3 years of specialization training in Emergency Medicine (MD) from India’s prestigious medical institute – AIIMS New Delhi. Following MD, he continued as Senior Resident in Department of Emergency Medicine at AIIMS New Delhi for 1 year. AIIMS New Delhi is recently ranked 5th in worlds top academic medical centers.

During these four years (2016-2020) of his stay in AIIMS New Delhi, he was involved in treatment of patients in very high-volume Emergency Department (Around 800 patients visit/ day) with complex emergencies including pediatrics, adult emergencies, medical, surgical and trauma emergencies. He was also involved in teaching of resident doctors in Emergency Medicine Department in AIIMS New Delhi.

He also worked in AIIMS Jodhpur, India in Department of Emergency & Trauma as Senior Resident/ Specialist Emergency Medicine for more than 2 years (Sept 2020 – Nov 2022) and gained further experience in treating patients with various emergencies.
